摘要
目的观察毫米波脉冲对糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的疗效。方法选择2型糖尿病并发DPN患者68例,分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予舒血宁针和甲钴胺针治疗的同时联合应用毫米波脉冲治疗,对照组仅给予舒血宁和甲钴胺针而不应用毫米波脉冲治疗,均连续应用2周。对每个患者分别于治疗前后检测空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)、血清内皮素(endothelin,ET)和超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C reactive protein,hs-CRP)以及用肌电图仪测定运动神经传导速度(motornerve conduction velocity,MCV)及感觉神经传导速度(sensory nerve conduction velocity,SCV)。结果毫米波脉冲可以提高DPN患者的神经传导速度,提高糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果,同时也可以降低血清ET和hs-CRP的水平。结论毫米波脉冲治疗联合应用舒血宁针和甲钴胺针治疗DPN患者具有显著疗效,并且还可以降低DPN患者血清ET和hs-CRP的水平。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of millimeter-wave pulse in treating patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Sixty-eight type-2 diabetic patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) were assigned to two groups and treated respectively with Shuxuening injection,Mecobalamin with or without millimeter-wave pulsation therapy for two weeks.FPG,glycosylated hemoglobin,endothelin(ET) and hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP) were evaluated before and after treatment.Moreover,the motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV) and the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV) were recorded by electromyography(EMG) before and after treatment.Results The results suggested that millimeter-wave pulsation therapy could accelerate the nerve conduction velocity,improve the efficiency of DPN treatment and decrease the plasma levels of endothelin and hypersensitive C reactive protein.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of millimeter-wave pulsation therapy combined with Shuxuening injection and Mecobalamin is significant and simultaneously the level of ET and hs-CRP can also be reduced.
