摘要
非球面塑料透镜已广泛应用于AV、OA 等技术领域中, 但如何提高其注射成型精度仍然是人们一直在探索的问题。本文从光学塑料的物理特性出发详细地研究了它在成型过程中的精度问题。通过对典型材料P—V—T 特性曲线的分析,发现了光学塑料在成型时的体积可控制, 从而提出了两步注射成型法的新概念。该方法在模具设计和注射工艺上与传统方法不同, 具有二次加热, 加压和冷却的机构和工艺过程, 可有效地解决注射成型时透镜表面发生凹下, 凸起, 均匀收缩等问题, 明显地提高了非球面塑料透镜的注射成型精度。
Aspherical plastic lenses are widely used in AV,OAand etc.technique.But how to increase the accuracy of injection shaping is still a problem which man is all the time researching .In this article ,from physical character of Optical plastic,the imitate mechanics in shaping process of optical plastic is studied in detail .By means of analysis of P-V-Tcharacteristic plot,we have finded that the ratio of vohumes of optical plastic during shaping can be controlled.So,the new concept of 2-step injection shaping method is suggested.This method is different from traditional method in designing and injection technolohy of mokel,it has the technology process of two times heating ,pressing and cold-setting.So this method can effectively solve the problem of concave,convex and even shrinking in lens surface.During injection shaping greatly increase the accurcay of injection shaping of aspherical plastic lense.
