简述微创医学范式中理想医疗的实现路径

微创医学是中国学者提出的一种医疗范式。微创医学认为理想医疗是有不同层次的。最高层次的理想医疗是人人享有全面的、无处不均等和不均质的医疗卫生保健服务;现实层次的理想医疗则应是一种有限均等和有限均质的、以求尽善尽美的医疗模式。医生成为公共品是实现尽善尽美医疗卫生保健模式的必要条件,也是实现理想医疗的最佳路径和微创医学最重要的创新所在。
