摘要
从结构、性能、制造质量等方面对C70A型运煤敞车心盘铆钉折断的原因进行了分析,并针对热铆钉折断故障提出了改进措施,为今后铆钉的使用提供了参考。
The causes to breaking of center plate rivets on C70A coal gondola cars are analyzed from such aspects as structure, performance and manufacture quality. The improvement measures are given in view of the trouble of hot rivet breaking, so as to be the reference for application of rivets in future.
