摘要 在聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)聚合中添加间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠(SIPE)和2-甲基1,3-丙二醇(MPD),成功制备了聚(对苯二甲酸,间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠乙二醇,2-甲基1,3-丙二醇)(MCDP).采用核磁共振(NMR)、热失重分析(TGA)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、广角X光衍射(WAXD)、偏光显微镜(POM)等表征分析了MCDP的结构性能.结果发现MCDP中所测MPD的摩尔分数较投料比例略高;MCDP的热稳定性略有下降;随MPD摩尔分数的增加,MCDP的结晶程度及速率降低,但球晶的形态及生长机理无显著影响. The poly (ethylene terephthalate-co-sodium- 5 - sulfo-isophthalate-co - 2 - methyl- 1, 3 - propanediol) (MCDP)was prepared due to addition of sodium- 5 - sulfo-isophthalate (SIPE) and 2- methyl-1, 3-propanediol (MPD) during the polymerization of polyethylene terephthalate. The nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR), thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), wide angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD), and polarization microscope (POM) were used to measure the structure and properties of MCDP. The results showed that the content of MPD was a little higher than that of addition; the thermal stability declined slightly; the crystallinity, crystallization rate and crystal size of MCDP decreased with increasing the content of MPD, however MPD had a little effect on the morphology and growth meehanism of spherulite.
