摘要
在MTS810试验机上对3种不同筋高的针织混杂结构复合材料T字梁进行准静态弯曲测试,得到各自的弯曲载荷—位移曲线,进而研究材料的能量吸收和破坏模式.利用ABAQUS有限元模型(FEM)软件及用户自定义材料子程序(UMAT)模拟试验过程,通过计算得到载荷—位移曲线和破坏效果.将模拟结果与试验结果进行比较,可以看出两种分析结果比较吻合,表明用户子程序编写正确,并揭示筋高对复合材料T字梁的破坏及吸收能量影响显著.
The quasi-static bending tests on multilayer-knitted composite T-beam was conducted at MTS 810 with different rib heights. The bending load-displacement curves of the composite T-beam with different rib heights were obtained to analyze the energy absorption and failure mode. A user defined material subroutine (UMAT) was developed to calculate the bending responses with a commercial finite element model (FEM) code ABAQUS. Load-displacement curves, deformations and failure mode calculated by the FEM were compared with those from experiments. The good agreement between experiment and FEM results reveals the preciseness of UMAT and the effect of the rib height on the load- displacement cures and energy absorptions.
