Retrospection of China’s Legal System in the past 60 Years of the New China and Its Prospect

新中国成立60年来,中国法律体系建设历经了奠基阶段、起步阶段、初步形成阶段、基本形成并日臻完善阶段。法律体系建设过程中我们取得了相当经验,这些经验给了我们今后的建设提供了有益的启示。对中国法律体系建设进行回顾与展望,可以让我们认清现实、汲取经验,为依法治国基本方略的实现奠定良好的法制基础。

During the past 60 years since the founding of the New China, the construction of China’s legal system has experienced the stages of foundation laying, starting, primary formation, basic formation to the gradual well-establishment and other stages. We have gained some experiences and revelations from the construction. To reflect and to conceive its prospect of this construction course will make us know clearly the reality, make use of the experiences and lay more solid legal basis for realizing the basic strategy in governing the country.
