摘要
法制教育理想与现实的二律背反,使我们不得不反思法制教育的目标和方式及其所处的社会环境。社会学对青少年的研究主要集中在个人社会化方面,因此我们可以尝试从个人社会化角度考察我国青少年的法制教育,本文分别从家庭、学校、社区和大众传媒几个方面考察了我国青少年法制教育的现状,进而运用个人社会化理论对青少年法制教育进行阐释,最后提出相应的建议。
The antinomy of the ideal and reality of the legal education makes us think about its aim and form as well as its social environment. Sociology focuses its concern on juvenile’s individual socialization. Thus, a trial survey can be made from the perspective of individual socialization. This paper examines the status quo of our country’s juvenile legal education in family,school, community and mass media, and further uses theories of individual socialization to interpret the juvenile’s legal education. In the end a few suggestions are proposed.
