中药多糖类化合物肠内转运与代谢研究的思考

Consideration of research on intestinal transportation and metabolism of herbal polysaccharide compounds

通过研究分析国内外有关中药多糖类化合物现状,提出:中药多糖类化合物在小肠难吸收,推进至大肠后在肠道微生态的作用下,代谢生成小分子寡糖类等,这些寡糖类代谢产物部分被吸收产生类似于多糖的药理作用,而剩余部分经大肠排泄,药材中的多糖是前药等观点,并就中药多糖类化合物肠内转运与代谢的研究方法提出的设想。

By studying current condition of domestic and abroad research on herbal polysaccharide compounds, the authors summarized that： herbal polysaccharide compounds are hard to be absorbed in the large intestines under micro ecology when they become micromolecule of oligosaccharide after metabolism. Part of these micromolecule are absorbed and generate pharmacological effect similar to polysaccharide. The rest part are excreted from large intestines. The research methods of studying intestinal transportation and metabolism of herbal polysaccharide compounds were discussed.
