特大型轴承升级换代的探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 针对国产特大型轴承额定动载荷和额定寿命低的现状,独创了极限设计方法,即首先以各强度值确定轴承的设计空间,再按轴承的设计原理推算出一整套设计计算公式来确定滚动体及套圈的尺寸.使得滚动体的尺寸无限趋近由强度所确定的边界。经实际运用该方法正确可行。 In view of rating dynamic load and rating life of extra - large sized bearings made in China are low, a limiting design method is created independently. The method is that, first of all, design spauce of the bearing is determined by different strength values; secondly, according to design principle of bearing, a complete set of design calculating formulas is calculated to determine dimension of rolling element and rings so that the dimension of rolling element can be tending infinitely to the boundary which is determined by strength. Through practical application, the method is correct and workable.
