摘要
研究梳棉机刺辊罩壳气流静压力的变化规律。用CFD(计算机流体力学)数值模拟的方法在FLUENT上研究了刺辊罩壳内的气流。在建立刺辊和锡林周围的气流分析模型基础上,分析了在不同的刺辊和锡林表面速度、刺辊罩壳进口隔距变化的条件下,罩壳内气流的静压力变化规律。以A186型梳棉机刺辊罩壳内气流静压力变化为例,其数值模拟的分析结果表明:刺辊和锡林表面速度变化均对刺辊罩壳内表面上的静压力有影响,其中刺辊速度影响最大,罩壳内静压力分布从其进口到出口是逐渐增加的。同时,罩壳内进口隔距的变小会引起进口的气流静压力下降,而对出口静压力的影响则很小。
Change law of airflow static pressure in carding machine licker-in shroud was studied. CFD numericM simulation method was used in FLUENT to study airflow in licker-in shroud. On the base of establishing airflow analyses model around licker-in and cylinder,change law of airflow static pressure in shroud were analysed in different licker-in & cylinder surface speed and licker-in shroud entrance gauge change condition. Taking A186 carding machine licker-in shroud inner airflow static pressure change as example,its numerical sinlulation analyses result shows that both licker-in and cylinder surface speed change effect licker-in shroud inner surface static pressure ,while licker-in speed effect is lar- ger, static pressure in shroud is increased from entrance to exit. At the same time airflow static pressure will reduce when entrance gauge in shroud is getting smaller,while exit static pressure is effected slightly.
