摘要
根据等强度优化理论,通过分析齿面接触疲劳强度和齿根弯曲强度的内在联系,引进复合齿形系数和齿数算子的概念,提出了一种能直接求得齿轮传动优化参数的简便方法。将该方法用于二级或多级齿轮减速器的优化设计,其优化过程更为直观、清晰,编程更为简单、快捷。
In this paper, On the basis of the theory of the equal streugth optimization by analyzed relation between gear contact strength and gear bend strength, the conception of the combined gear form factor and numeric unit of teeth was intruduced, a new metod was proposed that used to acquire the optimal result of the gear drive directly. While optimizing two and more grade gear assembly, this method is more direct and clear, and the process is more simple and rapid.
