前列腺软斑病1例报告并文献复习

A case report of prostate malakoplakia and literatures review

目的探讨诊治前列腺软斑病的方法和效果。方法回顾我院诊治的1例前列腺软斑病患者,并进行文献复习。结果本例患者经病理检查明确诊断,并行经尿道前列腺汽化电切术及抗生素治疗后痊愈。该例发热并有排尿困难及尿痛症状,细菌培养阳性,病理切片可见软斑细胞及M-G小体。结论前列腺软斑病是一种可治愈的炎症性疾病,多伴随免疫功能障碍,诊断上需病理检查明确并与前列腺癌相鉴别,治疗上可行经尿道前列腺电切术或开放前列腺摘除术,以及敏感抗菌素等药物治疗。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of prostatic malakoplakia. Methods One cases of prostatic malakoplakia was analyzed and related articles were reviewed. Results The cases of prostatic malakoplakia was diagnosed by pathological analysis after TUVP and cured by the use of antibiotics at the same time.The disease was similar with inflammation of the prostate and was concomitance with dysfunction of immunity. The patients frequently had the symptoms of dysuria and urethralgia. The characteristic pathology of prostate malakoplakia such as malako- plakia cells and Michaelis-Gutman inclusion bodies was found in pathological analysis. Conclusion The prostate malakoplakia cured by the combination with TUVP or prostatectomy and antibiotics uses. pathological analysis of the prostate was necessary for the diagnosis of this disease.
