摘要
采用单因素试验研究酶的种类、水解温度、pH对血红蛋白水解效果,并利用正交试验确定复合酶的最佳水解工艺条件为A3B2C3D2,即温度为55℃,pH值7.5、E/S为8000U/g、底物浓度为7%,酶解8h达到最佳水解效果,水解率达到25.72%。
The effect of the enzyme, temperature and the pH value on the hydrolysis via a single-factor experiment. An orthogonal experiment determined the optimal of hemoglobin was studied condition of the compound enzyme hydrolysis process. So the best condition was A3B2C3D2, that was temperature of 55 ℃, pH value 7.5, E/S 8 000 U/g, substrate concentration7 %, enzycmolysis 8 h. The DH of enzymatic hydrolysis of hemoglobin was 25.72 % under the best condition.
