超临界CO_2萃取灵芝孢子油中三萜类化合物

STUDY ON THE EFFECTS OF SUPERCRITICAL CO_2 EXTRACTION OF SPORES OIL AND TRITERPENOID COMPOUNDS FROM GANODERMA

通过单因素试验,在CO2流量为35kg/h的条件下,确定超临界CO2萃取灵芝孢子油的最佳条件:萃取压力为28MPa,萃取温度为45℃,萃取时间为2.5h;在此条件下萃取的孢子油中三萜类化合物的含量达28.35%。

Through the single-factor experiments, the best conditions that supercritical CO2 extraction of spores oil from Ganoderma were determined. Under the condition that the flow of CO2 is 35 kg/h, extraction pressure is 28 MPa, extraction temperature is 45 ℃, extraction time is 2.5 h; under these conditions, the content of triterpenoid compounds in the extraction spores oil is 28.35 %.
