溶胀因素对多管藻藻胆蛋白粗提得率和纯度影响 被引量:5

摘要 以单因子试验法研究溶剂类型、pH、离子强度、溶胀时间、溶胀温度、料液比等因素对海洋红藻多管藻R-藻红蛋白和R-藻蓝蛋白溶胀提取的得率和纯度影响。结果表明,溶剂类型、pH、溶胀温度、溶胀时间等因素对多管藻藻胆蛋白的提取得率和纯度影响较大。多管藻在pH为6的磷酸缓冲液中溶胀3d提取的藻胆蛋白得率和纯度最高。 Some cell-melting factors, including time, biomass-solvent ratios, were investigated types of solvent, pH, ionic strength, temperature, extraction to play influence on the extraction recovery and purity of phycobiliproteins from Polysiphonia urceolata. The results showed that types of solvent, pH, temperature and extraction time was crucial for the purity and recovery of phycobiliproteins extraction. The optimal extraction condition of phycobiliproteins from Polysiphonia urceolata was PBS buffer (pH 6) for 3 days.
