摘要
研究花生藤中白藜芦醇溶剂提取法的优化工艺。采用传统的溶剂浸提法提取白藜芦醇,以白藜芦醇的提取量为考察指标,在单因素试验的基础上,进行正交试验,考察温度、乙醇浓度、液料比对白藜芦醇提取效果的影响。温度和乙醇浓度是影响白藜芦醇提取量的显著性因素。溶剂提取法的优化工艺参数为:温度50℃,乙醇浓度60%,液料比25:1(mL:g),提取时间1h,提取次数1次,在此条件下测得白藜芦醇的提取量为855.05μg/g原料。该工艺稳定,可用于花生藤中白藜芦醇的提取。
To study the extraction technology of resveratrol from peanut roots stems and leaves. The resveratrol was extracted by traditional solvent method, the content of resveratrol was used as inspect index. On the basis of single factor tests, the three factors, including temperature, the ratio of solvent to material and the extraction concentration were studied by orthogonal experimental concentration are chief factors for the extraction of the design. The results showed that temperature and ethanol resveratrol. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the temperature is 50 ℃,the ethanol concentration is 60 %, solvent to material ratio is 25, the extraction time is lh, the number of extraction times is one, the extraction content of resveratrol above condition was 855.05 μg/g. This extraction technology could be used for the extraction of the resveratrol from peanut roots stems and leaves.
