摘要 采用休眠麻醉法提高淡水活鱼在无水状态下的存活率。以碳酸、酒精作为休眠麻醉诱导剂,促使活鱼进入休眠。结果表明:20℃左右室温下,淡水活鱼休眠7h后,其碳酸休眠法存活率达90%左右,酒精休眠法存活率达80%。 The survival rate of freshwater fish in the state of anhydrous was increased by the anesthesia and dormancy. Using carbonate and alcohol as inducer of anesthesia and dormancy, the living fish was induced to came into dormancy. The results showed that the survival rate of freshwater fish was about 90 % after 7 h since dormancy at 20 ℃ by anesthesia method of carbonate. But that of fish was 80 % at the same time and temperature by anesthesia method of alcohol.
