摘要
寄生参数参与谐振使得谐振型高压直流电源参数设计困难,为了简化设计,详细讨论了考虑寄生参数的谐振型高压直流电源工作特性,提出了直接采用变压器分布电容作为并联谐振电容的设计思路,建立了基于基波分析法的简单实用的R-C等效负载模型,仿真证明了该模型在较大的频率范围内具有很好的精度,在此模型的基础上提出了设计电路谐振参数与工作频率的图表法,根据该方法设计了直接利用寄生参数作为谐振参数的80kV/80kW的高压直流电源,实验证明利用该方法能够达到较好的设计效果。
The design of high- voltage DC power supply is quite difficult because of the influence of distributed capacitance. The working characteristics of resonance- type high- voltage DC power supply are analyzed considering the distributed capacitance and the distributed capacitance of transformer is directly taken as the parallel resonance capacitance in the design. A simple and applicable R- C load model is established and simulation result shows its high precision in wider range of frequency, based on which, a graphic method is proposed for the design of resonance parameters and an 80 kV/80 kW DC power supply is designed. The experiment verifies its validity.
