摘要
新医改提出了"加快中医药立法工作"的要求。如何使我国中医药立法在驶入快车道的同时能够步伐迈得更加稳健?本文从贯彻落实科学发展观的角度去梳理、剖析和探究立法进程中将可能面对的难点、棘手和易忽视的问题,为加快中医药立法提供借鉴。
New health care reform puts forward the requirement ＂fasten the Chinese Medicine law making＂ .How can our Chinese Medicine law-making step steadily and healthily while driving on roadway？ This article sets out from the aspect of implementing the scientific concept of development hackling, analyzing and exploring the possible difficulties, intractable and ignorable problems to clear the way and convoy for fastening Chinese Medicine law making.
