摘要
对某输油管线试压爆裂事故典型样品进行了详细的实验、分析和研究。结果表明,钢管焊缝存在大面积未熔合缺陷是其试压时发生爆裂的主要原因。板边加工质量不良,成形和焊接过程中板边变形量过大,带钢存在较大的镰刀弯均促进了未熔合缺陷的产生。在试验分析中,还发现管子焊缝和母材韧性较差等问题。提出提高ERW管质量,预防类似事故的改进措施。
The typical samples taken from the hydrotest breaks of a pipeline have been examinedand analyzed in detail, which shown that the lack of fusion in Electric Resistance Welded(ERW) pipe's weld is the direct cause of the accident and inadequate welding heat input isthe main cause for occurring of the lack of fusion.
