本文介绍了对啤酒厂大型发酵罐现场组装质量监督和检验的有效方法。同时对提高生产的效率提出一系列建议。
In this paper, an effective method of field quality supervision and inspection for assem-bling of large fermentation tanks in a brewery is introduced, and recommendations for im-proving the production efficiency are provided.
