摘要
通过分析辗压时的金属变形过程及其几何关系,根据金属塑性变形的应力应变原理及轧入条件,进行辗压力、功率、压下量及生产工时计算,对生产工艺有实用价值。
Through analysing the course of metal deformation and the geometric relation when rolling, and according to the stress and strain theory of metal plastic deformation and rolling condition, we compute the rolling force and power and compressive quantity and operating time, which have practical value for the production technique.
