家庭综合干预对社区精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响

Effect of Family Synthetical Intervention on Drug Compliance for Patients with Schizophrenia in Community

目的探讨家庭综合干预对社区精神分裂症患者自知力和服药依从性的影响。方法将社区精神分裂症患者随机分为家庭综合干预组和对照组。干预组接受药物治疗和家庭综合干预,对照组仅接受药物治疗。采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)中自知力因子和自制依从性评分表等进行评估。结果干预组BPRS自知力因子分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),而治疗依从性则显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论家庭综合干预可以有效促进精神分裂症患者自知力恢复,改善其服药依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of the family synthetical intervention on insight and drug compliance for the patients with schizophrenia in community. Methods The patient with schizophrenia was randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group. The patients in both groups were treated with drugs besides,those in the intervention group were given synthetical interventions,simultaneously. The insight factor of Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS）,and self-complied drug treatment compliance rating scale were used in the study. Results The insight factor scores of BPRS in the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.01）,while treatment compliance in intervention group were significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The family synthetical interventions would effectively promote insight recovery of the patients with schizophrenia and improve their treatment compliance.
