目的通过对国内外银屑病患者的人格、性格、情绪、生活质量等内容的研究方法介绍和分析,探讨银屑病患者的社会心理特征。方法文献综述法。结果介绍了银屑病患者人格和行为、情绪和情感以及生活质量的测量方法和结果。结论银屑病是心身性皮肤病,不同程度地影响着患者的生活质量。银屑病患者具有特殊的人格及情绪特征,对其社会心理特征的认识和关注有助于身体的康复。

Objective After analyzing the research methods in the personality, nature, emotion and life quality of psoriatic patients at home and abroad, to explore the society and psychology characteristic of psoriatic patients. Methods Literature review. Results The researches on the corresponding measurement in personality, nature, emotion and life quality of psoriatic patients were introduced in the article. Conclusion Psoriasis is a kind of psychosomatic skin diseases with special personality and mood characteristic, and which seriously influences the patients＇ life quality. It is helpful for restoring the patients＇ health through understanding and concerning about their society and psychology characteristic.
