心理治疗儿童肠易激综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation in Children with Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treated with Psychotherapy

目的探讨心理治疗儿童肠易激综合征的疗效。方法对17例经常规内科治疗效果差的肠易激综合征患儿应用生物反馈等心理治疗,共治疗6周,观察治疗前后的腹痛/腹胀发作的次数、持续时间,并比较治疗前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)分值。结果与治疗前比较,患儿腹痛/腹胀发作次数显著减少(P<0.05);SDS、SAS评分显著降低(P<0.05)。结论儿童肠易激综合征,尤其是经过内科常规治疗无效的患儿存在明显的情绪障碍,采用心理治疗有较好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychotherapy in the treatment of children with Irritable Bowel Syndrome （IBS）. Methods A total of 17 patients that therapeutic effect of common medical treatment was low were treated by psychotherapy （biofeedback training ; cognitive therapy） for 6 weeks. To observe the frequency and sustaining time of abdomen pain or stomach swelling before and 6 weeks after treatment. Every patient was evaluated with Self Depression Scale （SDS） and Self Anxiety Scale （SAS） before and 6 weeks after treatment. Results The frequency and sustaining time of abdomen pain and stomach swelling were significantly decreased 6 weeks after treatment than before treatment.The SDS and SAS scores were also significantly decreased. Conclusion Children with IBS,especially those who were refractory by conventional therapy,have conspicuous emotional disorder. Psychotherapy was active against the disease.
