某部基层带兵干部人格特征研究

Investigation of Primary Officials's Personality in a Certain Military Ministry

目的从总体上把握基层带兵干部的人格特征。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素测验(16PF),对某部46名带兵干部作了测量,并用SPSS软件对数据进行处理。结果基层带兵干部人格特征表现为乐观自信,随和,外向,热情,易于相处,善于处理各种问题,思维敏捷,注重现实,有主见,有敢作敢为精神等优点,但紧张性高,创造性不突出等。结论基层带兵干部的人格特征总体表现良好,这为设计简洁具体的心理测评项目提供了理论依据,以及为基层带兵干部的选拔、心理培训和评估提供了参考基础。

Objective To study the personality of primary officials in a certain military ministry. Methods A total of 46 samples of primary officials were tested using 16PF and analyzed with SPSS program. Results The results showed that primary officials had the characters such as zealous, independent, self--discipline, self-confidence, rational, reliant and conscientious, but some other characters such as creativity were not obvious. Conclusion The research is helpful for human resource department to train, promote and value the primary officials in practice.
