Retrospective Analysis of the Situation of Psychology Consulting Institution of a Medical University Over the Past 6 Years

目的了解咨询中心来访者一般情况、来访原因、人数、男女差异等,为以后工作提供指导。方法抽取某校心理咨询中心6年所接待的1199名学生来访者的资料,进行回顾性分析。结果来访者中男少于女。主要咨询学习、恋爱和人际关系问题,抑郁、强迫、焦虑、精神分裂所占比例少,却是学生转精神病院治疗和休学的主要原因。咨询脱落率高。结论心理咨询机构应进一步普及心理健康知识,有针对性地进行干预,咨询师应提高咨询水平。

Objective To give some useful recommendations to a psychology consulting center by studying the general status,reasons ,the number of clients and the differences between men and women. Methods A total of 1199 cases during 2002 to 2008 were selected and analyzed retrospectively. Results More female students come to the psychology consulting center than male student,whose problems were focused on learning,amativeness and interpersonal hypersensitivity. Depression,anxiety,obsessive-compulsive and schizophrenia auounted for small proportion,but caused more serious consequences; Students seldom took serial consulting. Conclusion The psychology organization of consultation should popularize the psychological knowledge target-oriened carry out the intervention.The consultant should raise the consultation level.
