摘要
论文在阐述图书馆隐性知识转化相关概念及转化形式的基础上,对影响其转化的因素进行了分析,据此提出了能够有效促进其转化的以人为本的"软管理"的管理方式,并提出要充分发挥馆员在图书馆隐性知识转化中的主体作用,使其隐性知识得到最大限度的发掘。
This paper analyzed the factors affecting the transfer of tacit knowledge in library on the basis of expounding the relevant concepts and transferring forms of tacit knowledge. According to which, it proposed a people-oriented method of soft management, which is an effective and promotive way to tacit knowledge transfer, in order to make full use of the main role of librarians and make their tacit knowledge into full play.
