摘要
市场的功能与失灵在我国特殊的条件下有其特殊的表现形式。一是我国作为一个地域、人口、市场大国,都会对市场的作用产生正反两方面的影响;二是我国作为一个发展中国家,一方面可以充分利用市场机制获取发达国家已有的资本、技术、管理经验等加速推进本国的现代化,另一方面却因市场不发达和打破现代化后来者面临的市场与资源的特殊限制,需要借助政府的强制推动;三是我国正处在体制转轨时期,一方面市场具有瓦解旧体制的功能。
AbstractWhile analyzing function and disfunction of the market under specific circumstances of China we find they are manifested in three respects. First of all,China as an extremely big market is affected by her extended territory and a large population. Secondly,as a developing country China is rendered full function of marketing mechanics to draw on from developed countries their existing capital, techniques, management,experience and so on to accelerate her process of modernization; but, at the same time, she is handicapped by such disadvantages as defective mechanics of the market, as well as restrictions of market and resources that late comers of modernization always face, prompting her to resort to the government to impose administrative interference. Thirdly, being at a period of structural transition the market is in a position to break through the old system. However,government support is needed to push forward the process of the transition.
