摘要
采用自行设计组装的一套新型表面等离子体子共振(SPR)传感器,并通过测量计算免疫反应动力学参数——解离常数KD,对吉林地区常见的莱姆病螺旋体基因型(B.afzelii型和B.garinii型)进行了鉴定研究.根据实验动物和实际病患血清的鉴定结果可以初步证明,采用波长型SPR传感器鉴定莱姆病螺旋体基因型具有操作简单、节省时间以及仪器易于小型化、便于推广等特点.
The genotypes (B. afzelii and B. garinii) of Lyme disease Borrelia burgdorferi were detected successfully by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor. The genotypes of Borrelia burgdorferi were confirmed by the dissociation constant(KD) , which calculated from the kinetic curves of immuoreaction between Ag and Ab at different concentrations. This method was simple, less time consumption and accurate to identify genotypes of Borrelia burgdo(feri in serum of patients.
