摘要 建立了反相高效液相色谱测定丙硫菌唑的方法。采用反相C18烷基柱,以乙腈-0.01mol/L碳酸铵缓冲盐(体积比60:40)为流动相,柱温为25℃,流速为1.0mL/min,采用VWD紫外检测器在230nm处进行检测。丙硫菌唑质量浓度为0.04~0.40g/L时,其峰面积与质量浓度的线性关系良好,线性相关系数为1.0000;平均回收率高于99.3%,相对标准偏差低于0.9%。 A method was developed for the quantitative determination of prothioconazole using HPLC. The sample was separated on a Diamocil c18 column at the temperature of 25 °c with the elution of acetonitrile and 0.01 mol/l salvolatile buffer (60:40, by vol) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. The assay exhibited a good linearity in prothioconazole concentration range from 0.04 to 0.40 g/L with a correlation coefficient of 1.0000. the recovery was more than 99.3%, and the relative standard deviation was lower than 0.9%.
