摘要
发育中的脑对毒死蜱等杀虫剂具有超敏毒性,研究胚胎早期毒死蜱暴露对纹状体脑区结构机能的影响。5mg/kg/d毒死蜱于妊娠7.5~11.5d连续暴露母鼠,分别测定子代鼠出生14d时纹状体脑区多巴胺含量,运动平衡能力,以及出生35d纹状体脑区细胞类型数量的变化。子代鼠纹状体多巴胺含量下降62.3%,横杆保持时间下降65.2%,纹状体脑区神经元总数下降32.8%,在总细胞中比率下降10.1%。在未表现出明显全身中毒指征的亚中毒阈剂量下,毒死蜱妊娠早期暴露能引起子代鼠纹状体脑区结构与相关机能的细微变化。
Developing brain is more vulnerable than adults to pesticides like chlorpyrifos. the experiment was designed to investigate the effects of prenatal exposure of chlorpyrifos on the structures and functions of stritum in offsprings of pregnant mice. chlorpyrifos 5 mg/kg/d was administrated on gestation 7.5-11.5 d by subcutaneous injection. Dopamine content and rod walk test were taken on postnatal 14 d, cellular counts was analysis on postnatal 35 d. chlorpyrifos induced 62.3% decrease of dopamine content, 65.2% decrease of bar walking time, and 10.1% falling of neuron/total cellular number ratio. Even without obviously system toxicity, subtoxic dosage of chlopyrifos prenatal exposure could cause impairments of structure and function on stritum of the offsprings.
