关于胰头癌外科治疗的一些问题的探讨
摘要
胰腺癌是治疗效果最差的腹腔器官恶性肿瘤之一，由于其具有较恶劣的侵袭性生物学行为以及大部分患者发现时已有转移或局部侵犯，胰腺癌的预后较差，目前，总体5年生存率不超过5％，纵然行根治性手术，实际5年生存率不超过10％～20％^[1,2]。根治性切除手术仍是目前治疗胰腺癌的首要选择，中华医学会外科学会胰腺外科学组已于2007年发表了《胰腺癌诊治指南》。本文就胰头癌手术治疗的一些热点问题进行探讨，旨在为胰头癌的规范性治疗提供一些思路。
