我校护理专升本学生学习风格以及学习成绩差异的比较分析 被引量:5

Comparative analysis of learning styles and differences in academic performance of nursing students from special school to college in Chinese medical university

摘要 [目的]调查我校护理专升本学生学习风格现状,比较不同学习风格理论成绩的差异,为创建良好的学习环境,促进学生学习提供客观依据。[方法]应用Kolb学习风格问卷对97名2005级和2006级护理专升本学生进行调查,以《妇产科护理学》《儿科护理学》《护理学导论》《护理心理学》和《护理研究》的理论总成绩作为理论成绩。[结果]不同年级间学生学习风格差异无统计学意义,聚合型42人(43.3%)>同化型27人(27.8%)>发散型22人(22.7%)>顺应型6人(6.2%)。成绩由高到低为聚合型(71.60分±6.40分)、同化型(70.41分±6.13分)、顺应型(68.80分±7.11分)、发散型(67.78分±6.57分)。[结论]我校护生具有各种类型的学习风格,以抽象概念感知信息的学生理论成绩高于以具体经验感知信息的学生,提示教师应精心设计和实施有效教学策略,适应不同学生的需要,培养学生在不同情境下运用不同学习风格的能力,更好地适应未来护理专业的需要。
