政府教育投资对私人教育投资的引导效应分析——基于我国政府1978～2008年教育财政支出的实证研究

Empirical Research on the Effect of Government Education Investment on Private Education Investment——Based on Empirical Analysis of Chinese Government Educational Fiscal Outcome from 1978-2008

运用协整分析、向量误差修正模型、脉冲响应函数和方差分解等计量工具,分析了我国政府教育投资对私人教育投资的引导效应。研究结果表明,政府教育投资与私人教育投资的关系在短期内体现为挤出效应,在长期内体现为挤入效应,但贡献率较低。因此,应转变教育投资观念,拓宽融资渠道,完善投资环境。

This article focuses on the Effect of government education investment on private education investment, using econometric tools of co integration theory, VECM, impulse response function and covariance decomposition. The result is that the effect in long ran is positive while the shortterm effect is negative. So the author suggests changing concept of education, broadening the channel of financing and improving social environment for education investment.
