本文首先通过对我国债券市场新发展的简述,研究了发展我国地方政府债券的可行性,继而分析目前我国发行地方公债可能存在的问题和隐藏的风险,提出发展我国地方政府债券的对策和建议,以期促进我国政府债券市场合理、有序、健康的发展。

This paper introduces the new development of Chinese securities, and analyzes the local possibility of local government bonds, and puts forward the suggestion. Finally, the author puts forward the effective measures to promote the healthy development of Chinese local government bond market.
