An Empirical Study on Influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Core Competence and Organizational Performance

摘要动态环境下,企业的创业导向对其核心能力和组织绩效均有显著的促进作用。培养核心能力应该特别强调提高组织的效率并注重创新能力的培养,提高战略的前瞻性有助于此二者的改善。企业的冒险性倾向对核心能力中的产品(服务)质量因素有显著的负面影响,应该通过控制风险并把握战略的前瞻性,让企业既获得先行者优势和熊彼特租金,又能保持核心能力的持续增强。 Under dynamic environment, entrepreneurial orientation of a firm can positively influences its core competence and organizational performance. Organizational efficiency and innovative capability are highly emphasized in core eompetance, and proactive strategies can contribute much to these two. A firm＇s risk-taking tendency would negatively influence the quality of its products and service. Only through risk controlling and proaetive strategies, can a firm not only take the advantages of first runner and the rent of Sehumpeter, but also obtain continuous increase of core competence.
