Talents Cultivation of Tianjin Higher Education Institutions for Deuelopment of Binhai New Area

滨海新区作为天津市北方经济中心的重心掘起于渤海之滨,历史赋予了天津高等院校、职业院校机遇与挑战。在调查研究基础上,运用教育学、区域经济学原理,在系统研究方法指导下,对天津高校、职校在面对滨海新区人才培养方面所具优势和存在的问题做了比较分析,在如何适应形势、转变观念、实施有效的培养模式等方面提出了独到的见解。

Nowadays Binhai New Area is playing a more and more important role in Tianjin＇s developing as economic center of North China, higher education institutions in Tianjin thus face both opptunities and challenges. By using theories of education, area economics and scientific methods, An analysis on advantages and existing problems of talefits cultivation in Tianjin higher education institutions was made, and measures on how to take steps to grasp opptunities were also proposed.
