摘要
随着近年来国内房价的攀升,城镇居民购买"小产权"房能否合法化已经成为社会讨论的热点。从"小产权"房的概念入手,通过分析典型案例,探讨了城镇居民购买"小产权"房合同无效问题以及存在的风险,提出了解决问题的对策。
Along with the increase of house prices,it becomes a focus whether the purchase of the house with small property right for urban residents can be made legal.Starting from the concept of small property right,this paper analyzes the typical case and investigates the problem of contract invalidity and the existing risk when purchasing the house with small property right.Finally,it provides a good way to solve the problem.
