管理类高职学生的就业出路

Employment Way of Management-oriented Higher Vocational Students

从当前就业形势出发,研究了以就业为导向,根据社会需求、市场需要设置专业,走"产学研结合、校企合作"之路,将学历教育办出特色,从而解决管理类高职学生就业难的问题。

Starting from the current employment situation,this paper studies the specialty establishment oriented by employment according to the society and market requirements.The road of ＂integrating production,learning and research together＂ and ＂college-enterprise cooperation＂ should be taken to develop characteristics of diploma education,therefore solve the employment difficulties among the management-oriented higher vocational students.
