天津滨海新区循环经济动力机制研究

Study on Dynamic Mechanism of Circular Economy in Tianjin Binhai New Area

任何一种经济形态都需要动力机制、运行机制和约束机制的协调作用才能得以有效运行,循环经济作为一种经济形态能否持续发展,必须依靠持久的动力支持。针对天津滨海新区循环经济发展的现状,指出天津滨海新区的循环经济必须建立利益驱动、政令推动和社会心理推动的动力机制才能持续发展,提出天津滨海新区进一步发展循环经济的建议。

Any kind of economic form can be operated efficiently only if its dynamic mechanism,running system and restrictive mechanism can react together coordinately.As one of the economic patterns,circular economy should depend on permanent dynamic support to keep sustainable development.According to the status of circular economical development in Tianjin Binhai New Area,this paper points out that the dynamic mechanism driven by benefit,government order and social psychology should be built in order to make the circular economy in this area develop continuously. It also presents the suggestions to further develop the circular economy in Binhai New Area.
