摘要
考察了空气氛围下热解温度、空气流量、升温速率等因素对紫茎泽兰茎干气化特性的影响。试验结果表明,热解温度的提高有利于H_2含量的增加,CO、CH_4、C_2H_4含量则随着热解温度的上升而下降;空气流量的增加有利于CO含量的增加,H_2、CO_2、CH_4、C_2H_4含量由于空气的引进均出现下降现象,在5~10 mL/min范围内,燃气组分变化幅度最大;升温速率的增加有利于CH_4和CO_2含量的上升,H_2含量先下降后上升,CO含量则是先升后降。热解温度和空气流量上升均不利于燃气热值的提高,而升温速率增加燃气热值提高。
The characteristics of air-steam gasification of eupatorium adenophorum were studied. A series of experiments were performed to investigate the effects of reactor temperature, air steam flow, heating rate. The results showed that higher reactor temperature was conducive to the increase of H2 content, but the changes of CO ,CH4, and C2H4 contents were contrary; faster air steam flow was in favor of the increase of CO content, H2,CO2, CH4, and C2H4 contents declined with the growth of air steam flow, the change of the gas composition was the biggest in the range of 5 - 10 mL/min; faster heating rate was conducive to the increase of CO2 and CH4 contents, H2 content first decreased then increased with the increase of heating rate, but the change of CO was contrary.
