"教育不是为生活做准备的,教育就是生活本身。"这是杜威教育哲学的核心思想,杜威从教育目标、教育的社会向度和道德教育三个方面阐述。"在做中学"的思想体现教育与生活的深刻联系,为开放式教育、平民化教育、个性化教育和创造性教育开辟了道路。
The essential thought of Dewey's educational philosophy is that "Education is not prepared for life but education is life itself". Expounding from the three parts of educational objective, social dimension of education and moral education, Dewey proposes that the idea of "learning while doing" reflects the profound relation between education and life and therefore, creates a road to open education, mass education, individualized education and creative education.
