基于证据推理的企业自主创新能力评价

Research on Evaluation of Enterprises' Independent Innovation Ability Based on Evidence Reasoning

针对企业自主创新能力评价中存在的"不确定"和"不知道"信息,研究了基于证据推理(ER)的企业自主创新能力评价体系。建立递归证据推理的算法及相应的推理合成步骤,通过分析企业自主创新内涵,建立企业自主创新能力指标体系。最后,通过案例分析,说明该方法的有效性和实用性。

This paper studies the evaluation of enterprises＇ independent innovation ability based on evidence reasoning （ER） aiming at the uncertain and unknown information existed in evaluation. First, the recursive ER algorithm and its computational steps are built, and then index systems of enterprises＇ independent innovation ability is constructed by analyzing enterprises＇ independent innovation connotation. Finally a case is analyzed to illustrate the approach introduced effectual and practical.
