摘要
参照国外发达国家电力市场的运行经验，结合中国国情，提出了省级电力公司电力市场的建立原则及运行原理．对竞价发电、电网电价、市场现金流决算提出了较为详细的方法．最后，就我国如何建立电力市场提出了建议．
This paper based on the analysis of operation experience of electricity exchange market in developed countries, and according to our national conditions, advances construction principles and operation theories of electricity exchange market in province level power companies. Detailed methods are put foward on price of power system, final accounts of market cash flowing. Finally, suggestion on how to build up domestic electricity exchange market institution is presented.
