摘要
农村义务教育质量普遍不高,而且教育质量水平并不稳定。为保证农村教育质量,必须对农村义务教育质量进行监控,以为稳定和提高农村义务教育质量提供必要的信息。建构多维度、多主体参与的农村义务教育质量监控体系,研究基于这一体系进行农村义务教育监控的原则是农村教育研究中的重要课题。
The quality of rural compulsory education is generally not high or stable. In order to ensure the quality of rural education, monitoring is needed to provide the necessary information for stabilizing and improving the quality of compulsory education in the rural areas. Therefore, to construct a multi-dimensional and multi-subject quality monitoring system for the rural compulsory education, based on which study is conducted on the principles of monitoring compulsory education quality, has become an important subject of study in the rural education researches.
