This paper summarizes the major factors of BOT project financing-the project sponsor, direct investor and operator of the project and the investment bank by analyzing BOT financing structure and scheme of the north-south highway project of Malaysia. Meanwhile, it analyzes the key points of successful BOT project financing. These jobs have a certain significance for the stakeholders to have a better understanding of BOT project financing and related practice.
