根据国内现阶段施工进度管理的状况,并以中央电视台新址项目的管理为背景,总结分析了导致施工项目进度滞后的主要因素,并以利益制衡为核心机制,从合同、内部责任等方面建立预防施工进度滞后的约束机制。

According to national management status of construction schedule in present, this paper summarizes and analyzes major factors resulted in delay of construction schedule based on the schedule management of CCTV. In terms of contract and inner responsibility, restriction mechanism is provided in the paper, with the core of benefit balance mechanism, to prevent construction schedule delay.
