Research on Economic Analysis and Cost Control Method of EPC Construction Project

目前,尽管EPC总承包模式在大中型建筑项目中所占的比例越来越大,但实际效果并不理想,主要原因是许多企业较少从整体考虑,未能很好地体现EPC项目追求项目总成本最低的目的。本文通过对EPC模式特点的分析,提出了EPC项目经济分析的思路与多目标区间规划方法,用以解决建筑企业内部管理机制缺失的问题。

At present, there were more and more contractors adopting EPC mode in construction, through the result turned to be not so encouraging. Many EPC projects ignored the importance of systematic consideration for whole project, leading to the failure of making totle project cost low. According to the characteristcs of EPC mode, the paper put forward an economic analysis and cost control method in EPC construction project, in order to improve internal control regulation for EPC construction project.
